The DMD Australia high volume, multi baffle sump. Increased oil capacity, prevents surge and raises the bottom of the sump above the chassis rails for protection. Available on a change over basis.

The DMD Australia Crankcase Stiffening plate is designed to offer effective support for the Austin Healey iron engine block. The plate is 6 mm thick and is available to suit either the DMD billet crank (as above) or the standard Austin crank.

DMD supply Billet crankshafts to suit Healey engines of 3 to 3.2 litre capacity as pictured below, or the heavy duty unit (above) to suit the DMD 3.8 litre engine

DMD can also supply high strength conrods machined from forged steel to suit both the DMD range of engines and Austin Healey engine. The conrods pictured above are standard on right, and on left the special offset conrod to suit the DMD 3.8 litre engine

Roller cam kit
Consists of new steel billet cam, roller followers and retaining links. The profile available with a roller cam will produce horsepower far in excess of a conventional flat tappet cam.
